Design Deposit
A non-refundable design fee secures your place in our schedule and initiates the Discovery and Design phases. This investment ensures our dedicated attention to your project from the outset.
Sourcing Payment
Upon design approval, 30% of the project total is due to commence material procurement. This payment allows us to secure the premium materials needed for your project.
Production Payment
Once materials are secured and verified, 40% of the project total is due to begin production. This payment covers workshop time, craftsmanship, and the transformation of raw materials into your custom pieces.
Delivery Payment
The final 30% of the project total is due upon delivery of your completed work. This payment completes our agreement after you've had the opportunity to inspect and approve the finished pieces.

Our services focus on design, fabrication, and delivery of custom woodwork. We do not provide installation services; however, we can recommend qualified installers who specialize in handling custom pieces like ours. Our delivery team will ensure your items arrive safely at your location.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a variety of woods including walnut, maple, oak, cherry, ash, and other domestic and exotic species. For most projects, we use high-quality plywood and MDF substrates with solid wood for visible components and details. How do you handle design changes after approval?
We include two rounds of revisions during the design phase at no additional charge. Changes requested after design approval require a formal Change Order and may incur additional fees based on the scope of the modification. Minor changes typically start at $250, while major redesigns are calculated as a percentage of the total project cost.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation by others, or natural wood movement related to environmental conditions. We're committed to your satisfaction and will address any legitimate issues promptly.
